Embody: Your Resilient Life was created to support people who want to feel more settled, grounded, and at ease in their bodies and lives, especially when stress, overwhelm, disconnection, or long-standing patterns have made that difficult.
This is a gentle self-paced companion for nervous system health designed to help you understand your patterns, build awareness of your internal states, and gently support change over time.

Embody approaches nervous system health through a scientifically grounded, nervous-system-informed lens, supporting you in working with your physiology in ways that are gentle, sustainable, and meaningful in everyday life.
Embody was created by Dana Simard, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Registered Art Therapist, and Organic Intelligence® Coach with nearly two decades of experience supporting people through stress, trauma, chronic illness, and life's many challenges.
Dana also provides clinical supervision for other counsellors and Masters of Counselling students City University of Seattle, bringing both clinical experience and education together in the creation of Embody.
Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Dana has a deep respect for the wisdom of the nervous system and a passion for making complex science feel practical, approachable, and relevant to everyday life.
Above all, Embody was created with the belief that understanding your nervous system should leave you feeling more compassionate toward yourself, not more critical.
It brings together evidence-informed neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, somatic approaches, and practical everyday application to offer a gentle companion for developing greater understanding, capacity, and well-being.
